Oh, Honey, this is a great thread! But I can't think of any gossip, isn't that terrible? Maybe I am gossip deprived!

Once upon a time, there was an old man walking by a dark street, coming back from a grocery store, he saw a cat got run over by a red truck, the truck hit a tree to avoid the cat. The cat died and the man survived. The old man went home told his wife about what he saw. In the next day, at the afternoon, while the wife having a cup of tea with her friends, she told them what her husband saw last night, she said "My husband was shocked last night to see a tiger got run over by a truck, nothing happened to the truck, but it happened that the tiger was an in dangered species, and it was the only left in this town. Now the police is looking for the truck driver". Each of her friends reacted surprisedly. they went home and told their husbands "There was a huge rare tiger got ran by a truck, the truck got exploded, but the driver did not die, he ran from the crime scene and the police are looking for him, they say he can be a dangerous man". Eventually, the story became "There is this truck driver who used to run over tigers at night in our town, until one day he ran over the last tiger that caused his truck to explode, and die"

So is that a gossip ?

No, it's not, it's the process of making a science fiction story, which in returns becomes a movie, which also in returns produces millions of dollars at the Box Office.

I can't think of any 'weird' gossip.. They're all pretty serious

Except once, I got a phone call that said: Omg!!! Did you hear? _______ told ______ who called _________ who called _________ who called ___________ who called __________ who told _________ and then she got mad at __________ because _________ told _________ that he thought he liked _________ [and she had a biiiig crush on him!] I, on the other hand, was laughing histerically on the other line! So movie!!! :XD: [I'm serious btw! :p]

About if some girl both of us knew had a hairy chest. :os Took an uglier turn when a 3rd person butted into the conversation, telling the other that I 'once' had an intimate moment with her.

Bottom line: I hate gossip, but no hairy chest there.

I saw this at Dr. Phil's show A rumour

A guy was turned down by a lady at his neighbourhood. To punish her, he started spreading a rumour that she is a man! And that rumour has destroyed her life. Everyone is talking about it and the worst thing is that people believe what they hear!!!

So she wanted to leave the town because of the rumour.

Rumours are the worst thing that can happen to anybody. They simply destroy people leading to commit suicide. People dont understand how dangerous spreading a rumour can be. some poeple may just be doing it for fun..
