As far As I know all these kings and Sultans Still exists as Public Relation Figures they rule their own Regions or tribes within a Country.. Government use them to pass rule and message to Local Community

Just to clarify that King Goodwill Zwelitini is King of a very small tribe here in South Africa called the Zulu's.

We do have a President, Thabo Mbeki who was chosen after Nelson Mandela's term ended
