"This house beleives Iran should have the right to develop nucleur energy"

This is the statement my team is doing a preposition for in a debation program in our university. I'm FOR the above issue, and ofcourse now I'm into lots of hussle of doing research and share crap from my perspective and personal or general point of view. Help anyone? (Cant beleive I'm asking >.<). How would you say it if you were put in something similar? I mean when you have to express it to a whole bunch of other people? Does't matter if you're for or against. Just say why and explain your answer.
