Ok I have a really annnoying problem that's been bugging me for a while. I have these dark circles under my eyes, and nothing I do makes them go away! I know for a fact that it's not from lack of sleep cos I sleep just the right amount of hours, and some nights a bit more. I don't know what could be causing them but I just want them to go away!!

:weep: :weep:

Can anyone suggest something?!

Apparently it can be hereditary..

Could be lack of Vitamins ? Or skin disorder ? Or lack of sleep ! Where are our sabla doctors ?

I read that if they're hereditary then it's almost impossible to get rid of them, but they can quite easily go away if it wasn't your genes' fault.

This (http://allergies.about.com/od/darkcircles/a/aa071304.htm) might help you find out what's causing them.

Hmmm interesting site clueless!! thanks :D

Ok out of all those options, I would guess that it may be because of lack of some vitamins or something...

concealer is just a cover up but not a solution

fatamooo a friend of mine uses COLD tea bag every morning for 5minutes and worked fine with her, if that doesnt solve it then it must be something in ur blood or a warning of something ur body lake..... all the best luck dear

i also have the same problem....
i dont think i have them because no one has it in my family but me....at least all those i know their eyes are clean..... well i guess it;s lack of vitamins... well will try the tea bag solution.....

i was also told once to try to boil carrots and then mash them then apply to the cirlcles

:p I would have told you what MK's post hinted, but you're young... so I won't corrupt ya.

(That emot is called tease?!)

I'd suggest getting good sleep at night, every night. Staying awake 6 nights and sleeping in on the 7th won't make up for it. Also, do stuff that doesn't strain your eyes a lot. Quit reading hundreds of pages of some novel in one go, read in a brightly lit area, reduce the brightness on your computer/laptop/mac powerbook monitor and so on. Don't know about "cold teabagging" though.

Basically anything cold can reduce puffiness, and ofcourse more sleep. Eating healthily works too

i agree with nosa

even if you slept the hours needed you still need to sleep on time..

i don't know if it's true but your body needs the sleep between 12-2 AM

and the lights must be switched off..i guess :XD:
