Any one could help or guide me how to get a Farm in barka... I am looking for a very Reasonable farm Not very Expensive and not very Big Too... Within a manageable price....

Sleyum you will find a reasonable farm but I don't this you will find one that is not expensive unless you are lucky and you come across some not very "smart" person. You know, the whole Blue City thing!

Anyhow, who knows, you might be a millionaire, so tell us, what is reasonable for you?

Thanks for your Advice.... mentioning the Price its as good as Commiting own Suicide... for example if the farm was for 5000 and I put the price of 10000!! dont you think the guy will try to squeeze to pay far higher than the Value of the Farm... So to be on safe side I need the seller to tell me the size of the farm and its price so I can up with strong negotiating to drop him/her down!!:) :hyper:

I understand Sleyum but those prices you mentioned should have been more like 50,000 and 10,000 :p

Anyhow, I know a retired major from the army (not a very smart one) who sold his 2000-3000 sq. meter farm for around 110,000 two years back. He is crying heart out now :D

I think you might find some similar guy if you have some contacts in the amry ;)

If you want land in Barka, prices these days go for multiples of 100K.

That means the chance is so slim to get cheap one...
