View Full Version : F1 and its legend
As some may know that Michael Schumacher will anounce whether or not he'll continue racing after the Monza Grand Prix. I'm a crazy fan of Formula 1 and I support Ferrari and Michael!
After the race on this Sunday Michael will end the dilemma of his expected retirement, I think the news will be anounced on Sunday night. For me, I don't want him to leave as so many drivers want the same. Read! (http://www.formula1.com/race/news/4904/765.html)
He has given so much to the sport and I always enjoyed watching him and the F1 in general. At the start of 2006 season I thought Michael is still capable of winning an eighth title before he leaves this sport for good and now I still support my thought as this race will determine many things, including his unsettling future.
I have read in a website that it's so likely that he will retire whether or not he wins the driver championship this year and the replacement for him is said to be Kimi Raikkonen! If you're a fan of this sport like me, what would you like to happen? Would you like to see him off or not?
And who do you think will win this? Fernando or Michael?
As I finally would like to point out that the qualifying session is today at 12:00GMT and I hope Michael will get the Pole Position!
Rossonero 09-09-06, 04:33 AM Another legend in Sports...I think the no.1 after him in Ferrari would be Massa
You really think so? Massa is sure a brilliant driver but not as a first-driver option, no?
Rossonero 13-10-06, 08:29 AM Can someone please update us with the F1 news and results?
Navigator 13-10-06, 05:21 PM actually Alonso is so close to get his 2nd F1 title in a raw , next n last race is the Brazilain ( Sao Paolo ) comin up 22 OCT ! n he's 10 points ahead of Schumacher ! so ther's a tiny chance for the German to win this yr, n itz gonan be by winnin the Barzailain race providin that Alonso out of the 1st ten , which seems so difficult knowin' that the Spanish young man been preforin so well this yr n came 1st six times . But nothin impossible in the world of sport! So if Schumacher is quitin' the racin' i really would to see him winnin' this yr.
When great driver like Schumacher quits the game itz such a big loss , simply coz he's the best successfull driver ever, with 90 wins n 7 times world chambion !
i dont think Fillippi Massa would be the man to replace him ,,, but Raikkonen is more likely to replace the german , n i thik Raikkonen is v good, but for sure wont be as good as Schumacher .
Navigator 21-10-06, 05:24 AM Sunday will be the final race " Sao Paolo " , n today iz the qualifyin' roundz !
so az i mentioned , itz gonna be so hard for Schumacher to win the title thiz yr, since his only chance iz that Alonso gets no pointz n he win the race ! If that happenz ,they gonna be equal , but the German will win coz he will be winin' hiz 8th time this season to Alonso's seven ! itz kinda complicated , n more into Spanish favour ! one point for him n that'z it regardless what schumcher achieve !
Max Payne 21-10-06, 05:31 AM Good luck to Shuey.... Qawmji and I are already gathering everything we can get hold of regarding the final race. To bad Ichigo is not with us.
I hope Alonso has a car failure or better yet a car accident and he leaves F1 for good. I hate that guy.
Navigator 22-10-06, 05:38 AM Seemz thingz gettin harder for Schumacher ! he came 10th in the qualifyin' round while Alonso iz 5th! So all thingz goin for the Spanish fav.
the top 10in the qualifyin' round resultz az followz :
1st : Felipe Massa, Ferrari
2nd : Kimi Raikkonen, McLaren
3rd : Jarno Trulli, Toyota
4th : Fernando Alonso, Renault
5th : Rubens Barrichello, Honda
6th :Giancarlo Fisichella, Renault
7th : Ralf Schumacher, Toyota
8th : Nick Heidfeld, BMW Sauber
9th : Robert Kubica, BMW Sauber
10th : Michael Schumacher, Ferrari
few hourz to the final race , n Schamcher chances gettin' smaller ! i bet the only chance iz that Alonso get soem mechanical probz with hiz car n get out of the race !
Schumacher will be awarded special prize , handed to him by Pele on completion of the race !
Max Payne 22-10-06, 05:47 AM Seemz thingz gettin harder for Schumacher ! he came 10th in the qualifyin' round while Alonso iz 5th! So all thingz goin for the Spanish fav. !
Schey was fastest in qualification, but his car experienced a fault after 5 minutes of the third qualifying attempt. How unlucky can this guy get.
Navigator 22-10-06, 05:54 AM yea i ve read that the car got fuel pressure problem !
regardless what this race gonna end , the world know very well who'z Schmacher !
Alonso got the title yupi , i was fighting my uncles they wanted Schu ma cher to win and i wanted Alonso ,at last the best is for the best......:)
Navigator 23-10-06, 03:21 AM Alonso did win the title ! But a legend will remain a legend ! what he did in Sao Paolo was exceptional ! As i mentioned he had to start in 10th postion, n durin' the race he got some problems , then he went all the way back as last "19" then he faught back n manage to finish the race in 5th place.
Massa , Schu mate , win the race followed by Alonso .
So that's it for Shcumacher , who's considered the best F1 driver ever !
Max Payne 23-10-06, 03:27 AM AND that is why Schuey is the legend. The best race ever from the best driver in the world. I don't think I'll ever watch a legend on his work as I watched Schuey today.
Oh yeah, the spanish won the title. who cares...
