God Help Omani staff In Bank Muscat

Bank Muscat key positions are fully controlled by Indians Mafia with no say for Omanis.

Merger between Bank of Muscat and Commercial Bank is under process with most key positions has been already divided to be occupied by bloody Indians without refering to potential Omanis (who has been ignored completely). Those few Omanis who were put in key positions are symbols with no much power to say and / or challange their indian colleagues at their levels.

There are a lot of incentives given to Indians than Omanis. For example Indians officers and managers working in the bank are given higher salaries, fully furnished accommodation, free house maintenance cost and free of unlimited electrical and water expenditure where as Omanis are entitled for very poor allowance - Omani staff have only to dream in having INDIANS INCENTIVES. The only exciting incentive for Omanis was the housing loan which has been abandoned with no explantion. This is very sensitive issue forcing Omanis to loose hope, demotivating them and destroying their future i.e. finding way out...

Why ....? Till when? The above will continue?
Where is the centeral bank of oman?(absent/blind/busy with their .....)
Who can help ? (for sure indian staff will never help us)

I asked my frind who works in this bank about tis problem.
He said that the story is true because the foriegn offecers are helping some senior omaneis to stay in their positions,and he said that there are many experience of omaneis stealing money from banks(lolol)so they are worry about this.
I think the foreigners will not stay longer their time is coming.

Its not only Indians but awalad nasara the westerns. They are very expensive a person who works in such a company or goverment sector his/she sallary and expences i.e. housing alowance elect..etc is not less than 2000 Omani Beautiful Rials. It is really shame.

All company stuff are masakeen , and having hard times with the foriegners.
The company owners believe foriegners and say omanies are liers.
Why not we don't say sir for them .
