Just wanted to make something more carefree looking and this is what came out..hope you like it.

Illustrator CS , 3 hours.

waaaw i like it n the colors r really great n i like the way u choose ur titles good job

I loved the colors combination. The butterfly has this different shape, its making it unique.

as mentioned b4 the colors r really comfirting n beatiful.. but there's something i didnt like about the butterfly.. the body had these like extentions.. i duno they look werid ! but the wing is amazing..

The colors are brigh and it does give a carefree sence :cute: but i dont understand why it took you 3 hours! looks simple!

haha..yeah I know it looks simple but there's alot of detail and work put into that butterfly.

And yeah..I didn't want to color the butterfly too much and instead decided to add colors to it's surroundings..I think it worked well for this piece. :cutecute:

yeps..all done using the mouse..I tried using the tablet (pen and pad) but it was too annoying and difficult to use with illustrator. :p

i sooo love butterflies... they r just cute n adorable.... specialy the coloured ones.... urs nabs is so0o cute :) emm n from that sketch, seems u realy worked on it.... i liked it alot.. specialy the bright colors & the colorful bg seems emm so attractive... like u know, life is so beautiful... so peacefull n no worries at all... kinda life we all dream of... gr8 1.. :)

That's so weird seeing the sketch of the drawing like that! It doesn't show at all in the final result... but what a result :D
The colors are a bit sombre for a butterfly though ... but they're balanced out nicely with the background :)
