The first land is in Sohar Al Multaqa, 513 Sq.m. wanted for 11,000 O.R.
The second is in Amrat Heights phase 8, 600 Sq.m. wanted for 16,000 O.R.
Buyer handles all charges (3% for changing names)
Al Amrat land looks expansive.
BTW, which is better phase 5 or 8?
Muscati 26-08-06, 11:58 PM I have land in Phase 5. From what I understand, Phase 8 is the most expensive because it's closest to the new Amerat - Bausher road which is being built. Then comes Phase 5 which is behind it.
Correct me if I'm wrong.

Yes it may look Expensive but thats the going prices right now more or less. and expect it to go much further in the very near future. So if you want to have a long term invesment this is not a bad burgain.

I'm not sure where Phase 8 is to begin with. I just know that the price requested for it is 16k. however, I'll find out more about this and I'll get back to you.

its around here.. I bought a 2 floor house in phase 5 for 52,000 rials and after couple months another 1 floor house been sold at the same price !!!
Land prices getting mad around here !
Why? Isn't there a place with lower prices? I know that Oman is huge in aria. Are there places with higher prices than others? What makes the difference? Is it the high demand that pushes the prices up?
