Many people prefer group decisions to individual ones...

I believe, each way has its own advantages and disadvantages.., but which one do you prefer, no matter what the subject is about? and why?

Personally I prefer individual.. because this is where i can truly be creative and do anything as i please. I'm a good follower in groups but most of the time people argue and bicker and can't decide on anything. I'm also a very good leader mostly because my ideas are actually the best ones and I'm the one who keeps giving suggestions while most of the team doesn't. Also in a recent project i made last semester, Not only was i the one who made the project, but presented it very well.. I was the only saving grace for the group to get the highest mark as they didn't memorise their speech... even the teacher said so >_>

I'm not sure if that had anything to do with the topic but ah well.

Hmmm I guess I lean towards group decisions.
It's hard for me to make most decisions without knowing what other people think first because maybe theyll see a side of the situation that I didnt think about, or maybe I just want to be talked out of it :p

For example I've been wanting to make a decision, so I asked a bunch of sabla people what they think, and they decided against my initial decision :p - I'm still gonna do it eventually but I just wanted to know what they think lol.

Group decisions...makes deciding a piece-of-cake kinda task. I normally have trouble making up my mind...I keep changing my mind even when it comes to trifle, silly siutations like for instance picking a pair of shoes to put on lol

like what NiGhTFaCe said if it REALLY matters to me i'd go with the individual if not i guess group decisions..

well i guess for me it depends on the topic, but majority of the time i would prefer indiviual decisions!

If it involves other people then, group decisions but, if actually the people listen and consider to your opinion! some don't so, I'd just say it once and wouldn't bother again. If it's just about me, then individual decisions. I can ask others what they think or so, but, in the end it'll all be my decision in that case.

Personal matter = Individual decision.
Group matters = Group decisions attained in a democratic way.

If it's about my personal life, then naturally I wanna make the decisions on my own. I might seek advice from someone, but the decision would be made by me.

If the decision affects other people, then they can be involved in he decision-making process as well.

I'd go for group decisions... When they all agree on mine! :D

I always go for my personal decisions, but sure I talk advices from people around me who really care about me and see how people really think/see things for outside the situation and at the end it's my desision

It all depends on what I'm deciding on. But I like group decisions, because some group members tell you something you haven't really thought about. Sometimes I go for my own, but if there's a better decision, and it was made by a group, I go for the group! :)

Group decision! It's always good to take people's advices but at the end make your own decision.
