Are there things that you don't need to ask for them yet you will get them, any example?

Yeah that is definitely true and I just learned that lesson recently.

I was trying to apply to a university in Canada, but I was very late in sending all my info in so I didn't really think I would have a chance. I was shocked to find that they did still have open spaces available. They still needed my transcripts, so I called the offices there and asked them when the deadline was for me. They gave me a date that was like two days away.

So I shut the phone and went to my mom completely panicked, telling her that there was no way I would get my transcripts in time, so all this was for nothing. She told me to call them back and just ask them if I could have some extra time or if there was anything else I could do. I was completely unconvinced that there would be any way out of this, but I called anyways and asked.

To my surprise, the lady gave me a fax number and told me to write a letter to some person and explain that my transcripts would be on the way. I did send it and they gave me as much time as I needed!!

There are different things by convenient are coming through natural contract and common sense… like your salary and your exams results.. where u have worked for and naturally it should come to u..

But for some stuff needs some sort of competition and keep asking, something simple like ur turn in a queue or amore complicated case like getting a promotion .. for sure u need to ask and work for it …

One thing we need to understand is that ppl are becoming more busy and busier and within this processs, there might be some rights been skipped not because neglegance , but some ony due to forgetting .. so asking for such rights are always good..:)

Somethings come without you asking for it, like your birthday presents & Money on Eid (I suppose), But the other stuff, you have to work hard for it and earn it.

lol.. Not only did I ask for it (like from the first day I joined) but I worked hard to get it and proved myself to be worthy of being one! :)

Things don't just happen because you WANT them to.. Wanting things to happen is only the first step to actually getting them! If you have to ask, then you ask, otherwise, you miss out on a whole lot just sitting around and waiting!


Last Thursday I went to the bank to cash a cheque, only to find out they close at 12 noon on Thursdays instead of 1! I went insane! I had arrived 12.15.. So I headed back to the car, when I saw this guy from the bank standing having a cigarette break outside, I hesitated.. should I go tell him to make an exception and let me in? Finally I went in, asked him, he opened the door for me and cashed my cheque!

..........Later that night I wish he hadn't..But that's beside the point! :XD:

.. u have to take by the giude lines to reach ur target.. first look for was6a.. if not possible then fight hard!! .. if u have was6a dont be naive n say i get it by the hard work.. that's just stupid!
