The conclusion is that nabhan basically proved to all that they do lock threads for no reason and there is severe bias and abuse of power going on by actually locking the thread. That is something we never denied, but it only means that a Mod has forgotten. Or Posted in the end of the thread with the reason of lock.

Thanks nicobambi for the PM and indeed the rule is clear that members need to be PMed. Even if the Mod mentioned the reason in the end of the thread. Therefore, indeed there must be some cases, which mods do not Pm and just mention the reason in the end of the thread.

I have brought up this topic to the team and we will soon find a better way to implement this rule.
