Do you believe they exist?

My friends and I were discussing this topic, and some did not believe that mood swings exist. Those who did not believe that mood swings does actually occur at some time of a woman's life time, were MEN!

Their arguement was based on that women just love having fights, create dramas and be drama queens! They did not believe that some women, when it's time of the month, her mood gets so bad that she ends up having mood swings for no reason! The men said women can control it if they want to.

However, my women friends, including myself, disagreed with what they said. We believe that mood swings happen unintentionally and it's very difficult to control it.

So, what do Sabla men and women think? and how would you approach someone if they have fallen into one of their mood swings?

If i met someone who kept having mood swings, in the the end i'd just avoid that person...anyone who keeps having mood swing has mental problems..that i know!!!
if it is true that men have many mood swings, it's because they don't know what hey want! LOL...they don't know whether to be happy or sad or angry in that particular situation...

I agree that women have these swings sometimes because of their physical and psychological condition....and i hate it when i should act with a woman in that situation...
I think understanding that, help alot to deal with it...

well....I have mood swings most of the time...and to tell you the truth..I really cant control it...so its best when a person is like that..is just back off for a while..!!

This reminds me of my thread:D...I don't have mood swings often...I really don't, when I switch moods it must be for a good reason...I'm not a moody person, and am glad :D

we always have to blame it on the hormones....if not that...then something else...why cant we just blame ourselves for once....

i think they r coused by hormons that u cnt control.... i sometimes have them but they r very normal .. i meal i dont go to the extent that i go into huge fights.. just very moody n cnt stand any1 ! hehe

I think I'm one of the mood swings if u dont have it ...
I spend my life depending on my mood in everyday issues:rolleyes:

My mood may swing or roll ,, i dunno:weep: in a second ..
It not a hormon effect in my case but it is more like my nature is like that :shy:

I'd be happy one second, and I'd hear something bad, and in a blink of an eye, I'd be mad or sad, or whatever. There's always a reason:p

I dont know what's the cause... but I've been having this mood swings since I was grade 11... & it came along with me during my life...

I know that many people hate that in me... well.. its not that I have it 24/7 but I do have it.... only very close ppl in real would notice it...

This mood swing has got me into various situation, not pretty good ones...
I am trying my best to be calm n try avoiding it... but its kinda outta my hand.. I know that I garra do something coz obviously its not a popular habbit..

i think mood swings is normal & is just part of a person's character.. i have a few friends who r very moody & i just leave them alone when they want 2 be left alone... personally i'm not a very moody person, i prefer 2 just relax & take wutever it is life throws @ me with a positive attitude :)

& as 4 those men tht think women can control their moods b4/during mensuration thn let them try getting their period every month & c how well they control tht! :mmhmm:

mood swings happen to me alot of times, i either get frustrated, mad, sad or even hyper.
i think that if u try to control it, ya it would get some result, but not totally, it will return(from experience)

its very true i got such changing mood within a second and become a different person thanx god it goes quickly and didnt last for a whail ^^

I used to be quite the moody person a very long time ago and many used to complain about it, heh. Not anymore, I don't get moody at all. Though, recently, I've had mood swings! and ugh, they suck lol. It's always for a reason though and I got able to control it and thank God, am out of it. Talking about hormones, that rarely happens with me that i get angry and in the end it all calms down and I try to control it that it doesn't go over the limit that it has already been to. You can control it, but, it might be hard for some whom are moody people.
