hey any of you guys been to kuwait??

Last time I was there was a year ago, I found it really niice, but is it just me, or is it all kuwaitis guys homosexual lol. Its like they never seen girls before. Not to be rude or anything, It was my first time going there with my family for 2 weeks. I loved the malls, but every where I go they stalk you lool..

I have kuwaiti friends over here and they're nice people. :) , i've only been to kuwait once in 1997 i think and it seemed lovely back then. I am sure it has come along way since then especially from what i've heard...so I would love to visit it again one day.

i've never been to kuwait but my parents have ,my mom told me its nothing like oman! the streets are dirty and not as beautiful as oman :D but the shopping is amazing! and what we see on TV is only in one region of kuwait :p

Oman is more green, and thus more beautiful, true, but that's because it is nearer to the equator. It doesn't take much brain to realise that.

It's refreshing that for once someone is actually saying something good about Kuwait in this forum. Everyone in here has this idea that Kuwait is the equivalent of the anti-Christ in the Gulf, when in fact, we are the only country next to KSA that doesn't have legal alcohol, discos...etc.

well in every country there is good n bad.. lkn i havent heard a lot of good stories of the guys there.. n it only came form kuwaiti girls.. some r met7jbeen n some r not .. some r rejious n some r free.. so i dont really know.. but i still duno.. i havnt lived there to judge..

I visited Kuwait for a week, and I saw one gay guy walking on their beautifully designed Corniche while I saw several gay guys walking on Shari7 7ub a month ago. So yeah, my point is that gays exist every where and any where. Only thing nowadays is that they don't hide anymore.

Gays are everywhere, maybe though in Kuwait they are more open about it. Nobody is saying this is fine, its wrong. But, its own people can deal with it.

We shouldn't compare countries to each other. Every country is beautiful in its own unique way. And ofcourse every country is appealing to its citizens more than anything else. :)

As for the issue of locking this thread up, I won't do so. We're still talking about Kuwiet and it has to offer. I will only lock when members cross the limit of discussion and this turns into offensive chit chat and what not.

I've passed through Kuwiet once last year. My flight from Amman to Muscat was delayed and we had to stay in Kuwiet airport (transit), then it took them long to repair whatever was wrong with the plane, so they moved us to a hotel in the city (woohoo free soap and shampoo!)! It was nice roaming the streets alone at 3 am where NO ONE KNOWS YOU! :XD: I got Ice-cream!

Think about it - all guys clothes look the same to me. There are jeans, slack, long shorts and (God forbid) short shorts. There are t-shirts, polo shirts and sweaters. And of course national dress. That's pretty much it. I don't know abt other girls but personally I don't check to see if a guy's beard is acutely symmetrical, and frankly, if it's razor straight, it's not that hot :p.

And I certainly don't check to see if his face is well moisturized and his hands well manicured. So if all that effort is for girls and girls dont even realllly notice it, then who is it for?

Since I am half Kuwaiti from my fathers side (Greek Cypriot from my moms) and lived a few years in Kuwait I can say for sure that I have never seen a gay there and was quite surprised that lately people have been saying this. The human race is such a disgrace all the evil you hear lately is unbelievable.

I remember reading on a Kuwaiti blog some years ago some Kuwaiti girls warning each other to be very careful who to marry. The reason was that a lot of Kuwaiti girls they knew had married homosexual men and didn't find out til it was too late.

If he doesn't show interest in you and act a little bit bad, then leave him alone.

I never heard that when I was in Kuwait. The men in my family from my dads side are unfortunately too manly. Actually the ones that are gay are mostly the Lebanese men that live there. Alooooooooot of foreigners live in Kuwait. Actually There are more foreigners living there than Kuwaities. So I am sure these gays would probably be non Kuwaiti and probably non Muslim since I know what a disgrace being gay is for the Muslims it should be for all humanity.
