Listen up. You moderators are the worst bunch of moderators i have ever seen in the last 4 years. You just lock topics for no reason. THE LEAST YOU SHUD DO is as a person with responsibility is give a reason why you are locking a topic. What does everyone think? I think this is the bare minimum. Kamakazy how did u let these KIDS become moderators. Honestly. Its just retarded. RE FRICKING TARDED!!!! I bet you dont even work by a code of ethic or guidelines on when a thread shud be locked. If you dont like the topics u lock it. That isn't the job of a moderator. GOD.

Tiny Planets if you want to logically and maturely discuss this issue, can you then please attach a link of a thread which was inappropriately locked by a moderator, instead of just throwing baseless accusations which would lead to flamings. Give us a basis to discuss this issue if it's true. I'm certainly willing to listen if I did make a mistake :)

3. personally i dont think they lock them 4 no reason... if they didnt lock them as often as they did thn the topic of each thread would change @ least 4 times in its life span. this place needs ppl tht dont negotiate much abt such things otherwise we would all just get carried away.... & threads tht were years old would keep on comin up again & again... very inconvenient :)

and my point of view is mods or admin locked thread cause it's against rules (lol) and if not .. well their are human being after all, they can do mistakes and if they do so, just PM them to unlocked the thread before openning such a thread.

Tiny Planets... there are more civilised ways in discussing an issue...and I regretfully didn't agree with yours...

I've been here for approx. a year and found the mods doing their jobs pretty well... knowing that most of them are studying and have jobs and yet do this voluntarily.
They deserve better treatment and more respect than you've shown.

Try to be calm and discuss it in a more mature manner and specify your complaints... I'm sure you'll get better results out of it.

Well One thing I love about this Forum... It doesnt matter what The Moderators are always having upper hand and they sometimes feel that they are perfect...:)

I seriously can't PM every time I delete someone's post. Do you know how many posts we've to delete in one thread and you expect us to contact each and everyone of them and add a reason as well?

If the member is concerned why their post was deleted, let them PM the moderator who did so. It's easier to get around that problem that way because frankly, I'm not going to PM every member telling them why I deleted their post. Deleting or Locking a thread, is a different situation.

Actually when you are being informed many times that any off-topics will be deleted then you continue posting off-topics. I wonder why you again wonder why your posts got deleted. The reasons are simple and clear.

I agree.. I think members should READ Dede's post over and over.. We warn we'd delete off topics.. and when they go on, we actually do! It's clear.

REASONS should be submitted by moderators for locking threads as a standard procedure not just based on your whimsical fancies as powerhungry moderators.
