i noticed that one member made alot of posts but looking at his post number .. it shows n/a plus i cant see his profile as if the member dosnt exist.

the memeber name is Orion ,, i know he is member here but how come he's not in the members list anymore ?? if he was banned then there will be a banned title over his avatar.

just want to report the bug ,, nothing more :D .. at first i thought the system somehow was accepting unregistered members to post but i realized he was Orion an active member.. there might be a problem with the members table ...

what if someone would register using Orion nickname ,,, would he be able to do it :mushroom: :D

His membership was deleted for personal reasons. The administration are aware of it.

This being vBulletin, there is a setting in the admin cp where people must register first before being able to post. If I am correct, this is on by default.

Can anyone have their membership deleted?

where is kamakazy?? we need explanation here, If Mods have such power to delete all the post then we should really be worried that all our efforts in posting can be in second deleted if incase one of the Mods hates YOU.. is that the message

Sleyum: Seems you misunderstood the thread. No posts have been deleted. And no Mod will just delete posts of a member cause they hate them. So you have no reason to worry about that.

if its not a bug .. then case closed i guess... but i have a few Q ... can someone register using Orion nickname ... if he did will he be able to modify Orion posts :D

might try registering Orion if i dont get some answers :p

shamsery: No one is avoiding answering anything. It's quite clear that the team is depending on the admin to explain. So until then a little patience. And for who isnt patient, I guess it's funny as well that they can't wait...

i was just informing the admins about a problem that i thought was a bug (just like any member would do) ,,, they said they deleted the member on purpose and that it wasnt a bug. They also said no one can use that nick ever again (and boy are they wrong :D ),,,

wouldnt u do the same if u found a bug here in sabla??

well there are actually 75 cases similar to this one (including Orion). where the admin had completely deleted the member :D

I meant, is it against the rules or anything to have your profile deleted (except under certain circumstances)?

To put this issue to an end..I will comment by saying that it is not allowed AT ALL to delete a members old posts or account no matter what the circumstances because it messes up the forum as ya'll can see and raises weird questions. what happened with orion's case was done by kamakazy alone so if you have other questions private msg him because he's the one who took charge of this issue..not the sabla team.
