I refuel my car when it goes down to the quarter, it will cost me something between four to five Rials.

The full tank is something like O.R 6.200.

well 3 - 5 dayz ... 4 dayz back i managed to finish 5 rial worth of petrol in under 5 hours..

I fill mine as soon as the light shows up, and it costs me around 7 Rials.

As for how often, usually once a week, sometimes twice if I drive to Seeb or Ruwi a couple of times..

No wonder you are doing it every two weeks :p


Just a tip, its better to refuel before making the tank going empty, that will cause a problem to the fuel filter plus the engine.

1-Dunno, Didnt try it but with 35 Litres which is R.O4.200 it goes about 3/4 of the tank.

After reading your replies, I decided my next car will be a V6, mine is a V8 :(

I keep driving after the fuel light comes on until the trip computer says that I have range of about 30km left. It usually costs 7.8 rials to fill up.

I don't drive, but if the driver is taking me somewhere, and there's not enough gas to reach my destination, I fill it up for 1 rial worth of gas and it's only once every 6-12 months. :) Lol!

It takes around 5rials to fill a full tank coz my tank is small, I fill it once a week depending on how far I drove it.

Well usually I fill it once a week. But when I go out too much I refill the tank twice a week :)

wow, wut kinna car it would be to fill the tank with R.O. 6000??? thats about 50000 litres of fuel there!


anyways, my car, everyday R.O.1/- so i never run out of fuel these days.
i use to wait till the light comes up and it ruined my cars fuel pump, fuel filter and carb. so no more letting it go till end.
