The UN needs restructuring in order to be more democratic and more powerful - and to have greater control over rogue states (such as the US). Other institutions such as the IMF and the World Bank need similar restructuring, to better represent the interests of third world countries. One country, one vote, not one dollar, one vote, which is how it is now pretty much.
