Wouldn't the US government notice? or...could it be fake and the US government knows so..which means that OBL is like what they said about him after 9/11.. about the CIA issue.

Osama bin Laden calling on "God's trusted soldiers"
(Cairo, Egypt-AP) July 1, 2006 - A new tape said to be from Osama bin Laden calls militants in Iraq "God's trusted soldiers." And it says the Islamic community is depending on them to "liberate" Iraq from the "crusaders."

It's the second message in two days from the al-Qaida leader, and his fifth this year.

It comes in a 19-minute audio recording posted on the Internet. It's accompanied by a photo of bin Laden above the logo and name Al-Sahab, al-Qaida's media production wing.

On the tape, Bin Laden endorses Abu Hamza al-Muhajer as the new leader of al-Qaida in Iraq, and urges him to step up "the struggle."

He also calls on all Somalis to support the Islamic Courts, which took over most of Somalia in June. He says they're building an Islamic state in the Horn of Africa.
