Nationality discremenation

Having lived in the Arab world, I have noticed many people are quite racist even though our religion and principles have tought us not to be. Racism to Indians, one kind of Arab not mixing with others, ganging in groups of nationalities. here in Oman we see this alot, Balouchis Vs Zanzibaris, Lawatia Vs others...It is even evident in the marriages...although available, it is rare to find inter-marriages.

Was a nationality or kind selected as superior to others and someone forgot to tell me??

how can we not discriminate , when it is only human nature and secondly isnt that the our governments way , Isrealis and jews implanted such discrimination in our society.
