I hear that Nawras has reduced their prices for their Ajel postpaid customers. If a customer calls other nawras customers, they are only charged 19 baisa from the beginning of the call. Customers used to have to talk for 5 minutes until the price was dropped to 19 baisa, but now it's from the first minute onwards. Anyone else hear of this?

Yeah thats true. and that for the prepaid users they have this special offer that a call per minutes from nawras to nawras is ONLY 25 Baisah.. :cute:

We have a problem in coverage now but hey Oman Mobile had to wait 7 years to built thier network :bored: .... Ya3ny come onnnn you cant bulit a house in one day oyeee it needs timeee. I mean Nawras started just 6 months ago! DUH plus we're gonna have the serviece of the third generation! :angel:

ive recently subcribed for the "ajel" service! the main reason for it was how nicely they talk to their clients!

my only complain is the extra charges i get when i make international calls, sometimes no one answers from the other side and i end up being charged! but no problem as far as they talk to me so nicely i pay the bills happily!

Hmm sometimes I call and I always choose English and it's very frustrating when the guy at the other end of the line can't make sense out of what I'm saying.

If they're gonna offer the English customer service then they should really be able to speak/understand english!

Everything has its ups and downs, If ppl at 196 dont treat you good, atleast you have good coverage and you can always complain. Personally, I dont call 196 when i face a problem, i tell someone to let ppl at 196 call me :D
