Simple - How do I do it?

I have a CD with stuff I got when I got the phone, games and software and stuff. I want to install the stuff - how? :p

1st of all be sure whatever you got there will work for the Nokia 6230, after being sure, you can use any media(IR/Bluetooth), as simple as that! ;)
