Guys, I need help.
I'm having one of the most mind-numbingly boring summers ever! I feel like I'm in a rut, and I need to do something to get out of it.
What do you guys do for fun?

I go grocery shopping for my mum once a week, and believe it or not, it's such a time passer, and an enjoyable thing at the same time!! :)

hahaha my mum wanted to take me to the supermarket today to TEACH me how to grocery shop. I wasn't aware that there was a special way to shop. I thought all you needed was the shopping list.

Anyway fatamoo.. some ideas..
- Rent movies
- Go swimming
- Go to the gym
- Learn how to cook/bake. Get loads of cook books and try out stuff.
- Read!!!
- Write.. why not write a book or something?
- Start a blog
- Get hooked onto a TV show. I'm working my way through Sex and the city, The OC and Gilmore Girls this summer.Even if you've seen them before, watch them again right from the 1st season.

Did the movie renting thing (just ended my membership - dont wanna do it again :p) - Although I have a gym membership, I tend to just use the stuff we have at home, I'm not bothered for that place ... I suck at blogging... GILMORE GIRLS!!! OC!!!! I love those shows :p....
I read a lot, so I think I'll try writing something... and baking? Lol - my mom wont let me near the oven. Once the oven exploded in my face!!! Heheh

-u can even try to chage ur room style its really cool!
i do it when i find nothing to do at all
-try to learn about photoshop <<< its intresting.
-make some natural faces masks by u self :D
-and try to get into handmades its awesome!! to do things by ur own!

Well, What i do is only go to da gym..i wana do something too. Bro gave me a book to read, he says its fantastic. its called the Alchemist..now waiting for HP, when i get it..i wont even bee seen online!

Take a graphic designing or web development course. Should be fun ( well at least i think it's fun) besides.. u'll get to make use of what you learn especially if u're on the net alot.

I think maybe you should find yourself a new hobby.. I know what it's like here though, there isn't much to do, and parents aren't much help :bored:

Thats a good idea but where in Oman do they offer such courses?

I might start working soon - summer jobs are the best :p kills time and you make money

woooah there have been so many suggestions - and now all you guys can go make use of them, cause all I've been hearing this summer from people is what a booooring holiday this is. :p

I agree with Jack and PT ... You will never feel bored at all .. All the suggestions here are good but diving is the best its different ..

and from time to time u and ur friends should gather around and do something different... have a bbq, a party, go for dinner in some fancy restuarant, have a swimming party .... should b nice to do something fun once a week with friends
