GirL NexT DooR 04-07-05, 01:52 PM There's a second-hand bookshop in Al Wadi Al Kabeer. You might find something there. Enigma 04-07-05, 02:01 PM House of Prose GND, I'm sure he knows that one though. PT why don't you just go to Alfair? They have a pretty good selection. Wardat_il'7leej 04-07-05, 03:27 PM House of Prose - Qurum Family Book Shop- Qurum and MQ Turtles – Seeb,Lulu Hypermarket and Intercont Maktabat al Fiqir (Arabic) – Al-Khuwair Al-Fair????? Eny??? Arabian Prince 04-07-05, 04:42 PM I would suggest Family Bookshop (regardless of the branch). And if you're ever looking for a book thats currently unavailable they could always order it in for you :) Muscati 04-07-05, 04:51 PM If you can wait Turtles can get you any book from Dubai through their partnership with Magrudys usually within a week. Otherwise you'll have to go to all of them till you find the book you're looking for. I'd start with Family Bookshop then try Turtles at Intercont. Family Bookshop have improved a lot in the last year. By the way I hear Turtles is starting a home delivery service. Rossonero 04-07-05, 05:04 PM There is a book shop in Al-Wadi center called: Al-Batra bookshop. Its good. Didnt go there for a long time. I usually go to Turtles in the airport. |
