ppL!!
Has anyone ever tried a specific diet that REALLY worked and made you lose lots of weight? If so, how much did you lose and which diet was it?
I don't believe in Diets cause every diet will limit you to some type of food and personally to me that is wrong. The only diet i have personally took seriously was to eat in moderation all types of food and do excersize at the same time. I think that is the best healthiest way.

I strongly agree with Najah here, and I believe its the best approach to a healthy lifestyle :)
However, unfortunately, things aren't always as simple as that in life and do require some extra effort for the sake of achieving wonders :D
This is where diets come in...!
According to your specific goals and needs, I'm sure you can find the perfect diet out there.

I tried the chemical diet and lost around 12 KG in a month and a half..but I regained my weight. :os
So I tried a herbal diet and lost a few KGs, and I tried a few others, but none of them really worked as I hoped they would. :(
Diets get you no where! Especially those diets that claim that you can lose so many kg's in such a short time, people you'll gain all that weight back, believe me!
If you want to lose weight, just balance your meals. Okay do diet, but choose a realistic one, that gives you all the important substances taht you need, yet at the same time, has less calories and less junk, add exercise to it, and you've got a life-time recipe for a fit and good looking body!

Any diet that tells you to cut out something like carbs or proteins or whatever is not gonna work because your body needs this stuff to function. Just have everything in moderation, and sometimes extra weight can just be retained water, so lower your salt/sodium intake and raise your water intake to eight full glasses a day, and the retained water will be released.
Another important reason for drinking lots of water (apart from the fact that its the summer) is that while working out, for every 100 grams of fat you burn, you need 120 grams of water, so if you don't have enough water in your system, you might not only not lose weight, but actually gain weight, because your body is retaining the water.
