I don't know who the swimming instructor is at Intercontinental, but there certainly used to be a women there; she was teaching my little boy a couple of years ago. Check the Hyatt too, I think they might have one.

well if you have little boys then Neverland is the place, you actually get paid to get them there.

GO to "Samaa" in Shatti al qurum it is for femal only & they have started their lessons but u can join them any time.

Is sama open?? do you know how much is it to use the swimming pool?

if you want a full membership for 3 months its 180 and only for swimming its 150 ..

Really! This is why I think you better pay per day cauz u never know if u have time every day to go for swimming to take a membership & pay all that amount!
You go u pay few Rials u Don't u wont pay any thing!

true el7ilwa this is what I was thinking .. they didnt have a specific price for per day but they had a 4 rials lesson per day. which is cheaper if you came to think about it!
