Sorry, it comes with internal memory but I am not sure about the size. Will check and get back to you. I guess its 32MB though... I am not sure as I am using 512 memory card that I bought seperately.

I checked the site and this is what I found. So I guess its 16 MB..

The lowest price is 120 and I think its a good deal considering I got it for 199 and it didn't even complete one year. And as I mentioned before it comes with the case that I got it seperately.
