Hi guys, are there any education institutions or colleges in Oman that run part-time PHD??? ..or if not...is there any organisation in Oman that co-ordinates with british universities for higher education...?

I never heard of any institute which provides PHD , but I can be wrong. I heard you can do it alone privately from home associating yourself directly to the uni . Don't know how true it is !
