Does anyone have a diet that makes you gain weight in one week or a very short while? I need to put on some weight, coz I am skinny model type now :help: everyone here has gone like "you've become so thin!" and I seriously do not like this.

This might sound silly to most of you, but it seems that my stomach has become small now and can't eat much, if anyone can help please I'll really appreciate :help: I want my figure back!

Buy protein shakes. Drink 3 glasses a day and make sure you don't excercise at all. You'll definitely put on weight.

To make it better, while on this diet, eat those fattening burgers for dinner everyday, even if it makes you want to puke.

Also, once you grow fat, don't cuss me out for wanting to grow thin, but can't.

ur figure back??? sophy??? u should be happy!!! are u THAT skinny??... models look great!!... whaddya wanna gain weight for.......:os.... don't do the same mistake i did.... I didnt have any probs with weight before... when my dad said I was too skinny i listened to him and ate... now i regret doin that cuz it's harder to get the weight down again

true sophis .. just enjoy ur skinniness while it lasts ... u can wear anything without worryy ... 10 yrs from now ull regret openning this thread ... :P

Yeah I want my figure 8 back! :weep: I think I hardly ate for the past months, coz I was too preoccupied so i did not notice. Now I've come back home, and I've realised how thin :weep: !

I look like those models on the catwalk, and I hate it! :weep: I want my boobs and ***** back! I love being curvaceous, not this thin! :hmm:

I am a petite woman, but I normally do have curves, but now this is getting too much!

Those don't work. Believe me I eat A LOT of chocolates.

Loool Sophy........ :os........ how about eating more than usual, increasing the amount every day?? it works!! It's what i did..... but I guess I went too far and didnt stop at the right spot... u should be aware of that....

^^^ Yeah, I guess, I think the problem is that my stomach has now become really small, so whenever I eat a little, I become full fast, which means I hardly eat but I still don't feel like eating.

sophie i got the same reaction from everyone here, and i eat a lot but its hard for me to gain weight. and it seems you are like me, in terms of feeling full after eating only a bit. so here is what i propose, divide your 3 meals into 6 and eat more high calories food.

Not silly at all, the stomach itself is known for expanding or shrinking. It happens in relation to the amount and frequency of your nutritional intake.

Basically if I had to sum it up I'd mention the following things:
** Input - output = (+ve --> weight gain, or -ve --> weight loss)
In order to achieve weight gain, your input/intake must substantially exceed your output.
The larger the input : output ratio you can achieve the more weight you are bound to put on.

** Keep in mind, you can add weight healthily or by being a lean mean eating machine which I don't really recommend... You need to keep a watch on what you eat.

** Calories is the keyword here. You dont need a diet! You dont need somebody making choices of what you eat! All you need is a simple calculator to calculate your daily need in calories (ask TripleTee :p ) and then have a list of foods and/or meals you are willing to have to exceed that! Simple! I think :think:

Hello dear Sophi,

Recalling from what you wrote in your reply, that you were preoccupied in the last few months, assuming cause it was the preparation of exams along with the assignmnets deadlines..........

So you were working more of your mind than your stomach, which is normal......


Assuming again that you are over with all of this stress by now, so its time to chill.

What you need to do, to gain back your lost weight is to relax and to enjoy your time with your beloved ones......

Cause feeling relaxed and rested make you feel more comfortable in eating and less worrying can make your appetite open/wide to many types of food.


You need to get away a bit fromt he stressing life and go somewhere on a holiday at least or go back home, and relax......

Dont eat more of Proten or Carbs. and dont excced much in the amount of food that you are having, and not eat alot of fatty food, this includes chocolates and others.

Cause you never know, how your body will react due to the eating of unhealthy stuff and how you will trun to be, and you might not be able to lose any if you got fed up from your gained weight.

Cause you can not gurnatee your body and it's reaction, specially in the coming years.

Plus you are lucky that you can be as thin as a model and you can enjoy wearing more of the fashions with no problems.
