Have U Noticed the following sentense b4:
"How Do U Find My Driving?"
"Call: 24xx xxxx"

Usualy this sentense is placed on Trucks or Busses..
Have U ever asked Ur self, what does it mean? & what is it for?

What U guys thought when U saw it, that's if U saw it.

well i have seen it on School busses also.... and the first thing came on my mind is maybe the driver has placed the number so if he were for example driving in a crazy way then ppl might call and tell him..... and i guess thats why its placed.

Exactly! If the driver is doing something wrong or isn't driving safely with other people on-board, then call the number (usually the office) and complain.

cause if the person isn't driving well he/she gets fired and if he/she is driving well he/she gets a raise?

Don't know for sure about the raise part, but the earliar might be true. If not fired, then they'll have fines and might have to undergo a few more training classes or so.

Its more about the public's safety.

or .. (If u add a bit of imagination) .. maybe the driver mistake him/her self as a hottie
and places his/her number for anyone finds him/her attractive (as if)

TH, organizations place that on their trucks and busses for saftey reasons, just incase they are unaware of their drivers crazy driving habbits.

I almost called one of those numbers once, it was placed on a school bus. The maniac was driving a lil over a 100 in a 60 resedential area with kids in the bus, he almost hit another car... i was very annoyed, however was unable to get all the full digits.

Well I think its one of the health and safety regulation, and a belive somone in the car pool or the company or transportation department or even HSE recives these complaines ....

Have U ever heard of (IVMS)? It stands for InVehicle Monitoring System….
Companies that have moments all around the year, use such facility. It’s like a technical connection; they control the seat belt, speed & something else I forgot. They place like a box in trucks or busses, & the driver is issued a safe key to start the vehicle. When the car won’t start without it. So that means U have 2 keys, engine key & black box key…

Some drivers tend to unplug the monitor & speed up, as in some vehicles speed are limited to 80 & some to 100 Km/h… Now just imagine U driving 80 in a road of 100 or above??

But what do U think? Is it a good system? Do U think its good to be applied by school buses, company trucks & so on?

mmm i heard about that system but as far as i know very few companies are implementing it PDO, Trcuk Oman I dont think all the cars or buses with that sentance are actually equiped with that system
