Gold with normal smal stones, i dont like big stones, Plus i would prefer the White Gold, when it comes to choose between white or yellow gold! :angel:

God I love jewellery! So yes it is a girl's best friend! Not just diamonds, but other gems as well; rubies, sapphires, etc although my favourite is amethyst. Well I normally just wear them for special occasions, you know weddings, etc. Although there is one special huge ring that I love wearing a lot (not in UK, but in Oman- past down to me from my mum). My aunt thinks it is stupid of me, coz she says people will think I am engaged. :XD: But in a way it's true, someone did ask me once if my ring was an engagement ring.

But anyway I love it! :p

Anyway I love gem stones; when it's big earrings and rings especially. But of course the whole set as well!

I don't like plain gold or silver for some reason! :hmm:

Sorry to disappoint you , but thats not true. Diamond is not really a good investment unless you own a diamond shop or you trade in diamonds as loose stones. Its a known fact diamond's selling price is always lower than its buying price on the other hand Gold (yellow gold specifically is considered more like a good investment).
Any small scratch in a diamond would automatically drop its price , the clarity and quality of a diamond measures its value.

I love diamonds , its part of my daily essentials.

another thing.. how can diamonds have scratches? its so hard to shape diamonds + they use diamonds to brake a certain type of heavy glass! it never scartches! and to shape diamonds they use lazer! thats what i heared and saw on T.V...

Ok i won't give you big examples, just take anything you have in white gold and in golden gold to a Jewllery shop and then tell me which one is more expensive.

A diamond is pretty much indestructible used as jewelry. A jeweler can sell a diamond x/carots ... x/quality ... x/facets etc etc and get lets say for this purpose $10,000. That same jeweler will never buy that diamond back from you cash for $10,000, but he will give you $10,000 credit towards a $20,000 diamond.

Now what has he done? He has sold you a $20,000 diamond that he probably paid $5,000 max and has the $10,000 diamond he can sell again at $10,000 or more.

And it is sitting on a 24 Kerat of White Gold:) :angel:

It was a gift from my mother, for what i have achieved in my life at this stage.....Alhamdullilah :blush:

The truth i am not a big fan of dimond or any other Jewelleries apart of silver and even that i am like 50-50 :shut:

I can not deny that it is a beautiful ring and it has small dimond stones, cant remember how many of them in exact may be 6 or 8 and 1 big stone centering them:)

I only worn it, when mum gifted me in the resturant after we had the meal, of it was my graduation ceremoney on that day, and i had on for 30 minutes and no more, when i got hom i returned it back into its box and joined with the rest of my jewlleries in the jewllery bag!
