1)Carry a notebook and a pen
Make sure to write everything you eat and drink in a notebook. This will force you to be aware of what you are eating.
this might not be easy, especially if you are eating out or invited somewhere else...however its impossible. you can make some mental notes and write them down once you are back home.
2)Ask 'why?'
Before you eat or drink anything ask yourself why? The correct answer should be hunger, if you are not hungry don’t eat. i tried this strategy, and it worked!
3)Eat to lose.
Skipping meals does not help to lose weight, cause that will drive you to snack throughout the day. many studies have proven that the way to a healthy weight is by sticking to your 3 meals.
4)Remember your favourite things.
A small portion of your favourite food will keep you satisfied and happy - and losing weight. never deprive yourself from your fave food, that what i always tell my clients.
5)Find a part of your body that moves (not your mouth) and move it.
There simply are no excuses for not moving. you can go for a walk, dance or even do some house chorus, there is always a way to move!
