Bcoz I am new member in Sabla I didn't read rules..
But this plot is my friend's and he told me
to announce any where I like and recently I asked him
if I can mention his phone number and he allwed me thats why u see I wriiten his number only today morning after his permission..

About picture I told him he said he will do it inshallah soon.

7abibi this is Al Khoudh not Bausher or Al Ansab.. Al Ansab is like desert who want to live their only badoos :hbd: and also Bausher very noisy and traffic jam :yuk:
But Al Khoudh, Mawaleh and Al Hail very cOOol and smooOOth areas :angel:

Are you for real, how in the world could living in Khoud ever be better than Baushar or Al Ansab. Al Ansab is a hilly area. If you get land on top of the hill you get a sea view and a cool breeze. It's close to the center of town. If you live in Al Khoudh the only thing close to you is City Center. It takes you like an hour to get to work every day.

With the new highway which is going to be built from Qurum to Barka you will be able to get on the highway from Al Ansab or Baushar and drive non-stop to Qurum in 5 minutes.

Al KHoudh is a good place to live if you want a big land plot for a lower price. But if you're willing to pay 30,000 for land then it would be crazy to go for Al Khoudh as long as there is land available closer to the city center for the same price.

Well my dad bought our land which is a perfect spot in alhail near CC with 34000 ... it was highr then this price but since he know the guy he got it cheaper..... its not that its overpriced but the area is getting more like alqurum cuz of the centers and the great, calm spots... doesnt need to be in a hill to be beautiful or near the beach... but ppl are running business over there and the beauty of the place is getting bigger cuz every thing is avaluable there..... thats my point of view and the ppl who are discovering the area :cute:

Muscati, Land in khoudh is really becoming expensive. I heard about 600 square meter for 25k NET.

You can easily get a 1000 sqm plot in alkhoudh for around that price.
