RAM file is like any other file, it can be sent directly either using Bluetooth, Infrared, or USB cable.

You just be sure that your phone is supporting RAM files, & then you chosse the connectivity tool that works with both your mobile & your computer.

Of course by knowing the phone, for an example, some phones has a Real Player, so for sure they will support the RAM files.

My phone has an MP3 Player, so it supports the MP3 files.

Thats why I am telling you ReVeLuTiOnAl^, why you would follow the hard way where there is an easy one?!!

You just check your phone & what connectivity it got, either IR or Bluetooth or both. Then try getting one of the devices that suits your phone. Myself I got IR & Bluetooth in my mobile, & there is built-in IR one in laptop, I do always send files in between using this media.

You cannot send a real file via MMS, there is a file size limit on that service.

Only Nokia Symbian and Nokia Communicator phones play real media, these phones include the Nokia 6600, 6630, 7610, 9500, 9300, and 7710.

The easiest way to send the file to your phone is via infra red, you just point the infra red device towards the infra red port of the phone, switch the infra red on from the phone, wait for the computer to detect it, then right click the file and chose "Send To" > then pick "A Near By Computer". The phone might ask you to confirm the process, then it should start transferring, it might take a couple of minutes because infra red is usually very slow.
