This series is starting today here in the Philippines. Too bad I missed the first episode. Has anyone seen this series yet? It's a rather short one (only 26 episodes), but it looks good.

this series is one of the most funniest EVER! ... its hilirious!!! These people are sooo crazy!!

Heard or know Evangelion its the same director who did this one! After Eva, he wanted to do something totally different. Well thats what I recall could be wrong.

This anime is quite the complex one too... very deep insights of the human mind and of the 2 main characters. I totally enjoyed it. One of my fav shoujo anime...

Ah, good to hear that it's really a great series, DD. I think this might make me buy the DVD more now, and watch it on TV as well. Yes, it's produced by Gainax, so I would expect it to be just as good as Evangelion.

Plot Summary: Yukino Miyazawa is really, really vain, and loves to hear people praise her. She's always been the best at everything, and always tries to look perfect. But when Yukino goes to high school, she's finally upstaged--by Souichiro Arima, who scores better on the entrance exams and instantly snatches the attention of the class. By accident, Arima finds out that Yukino is just pretending, and this starts off a series of events that lead to Yukino and Arima falling in love. They then have to cope with a lot of obstacles in their relationship.

But overall.. you will sense at some point the complexity of how deep they go into the 2 main characters... and they talk soooooooooo fast sometimes! Drives you insane to keep up.

Well, what I mean is that quality-wise, we can expect it to be good because it's a Gainax production.

Hopefully when I get the DVD I'd be able to hear it, though really I much prefer dubs. ;)

ahh DUB!.. am not sure how that will turn out.... but logically they should make it the same.. or close.
