View Full Version : Killswitch Engage...
I had always dreamt of meeting them or seeing them in show and i'll finally be able to see them LIVE!
That's right. Killswitch Engage as well as Underoath and others on the "Taste Of Chaos" tour.
Wow, i'm so stoked. This is going to be one hell of a show - I KNOW IT!

With this in mind, I just wanna find out how many people on this Sabla actually listen to Hardcore or Metal?
Let me know and tell me what you think of Killswitch or Underoath...
I have absolutely no idea who they are. lol

LOL! :hehe:
I'm not surprised that you don't know these guys Nabhan. I kind of have an idea of the kinda music youre into. I just have that edge to listen to heavier-orientated music...that's all.
If they're not on the charts .. or on mtv.. then I wouldnt know who they are. :p

They get played alot on Mtv and Much music as well as the Charts here in Canada and i'm sure in the U.S. too.
Plus, it's a pity that you only hear of Pop, Rap and RnB charts in Oman. Theres the occasional rock but its just the really mainstream rock which can really be put under pop eg. Linkin Park (and i never thought i'd be saying this but...it's true)

AWESOME!!!
Yeah, "Fixation On The Darkness" was the first song I heard by them and it just blew me away. Ever since i've been learning how to play their songs on guitar and i've almost got some of their songs.
Another good band is "As I Lay Dying" and if possible download "94 Hours" by them. It's very brutal!
It's good to hear that you're a fan man! Hope to hear more from you buddy :)

am sure my friend would know about "As I Lay Dying", will ask him about them... seems as an interesting band if you recommend them...
And if I must recommend then that must be "Samael" their style is just outstanding...along with the music !

I should listen to them but are they like black, death metal??
Theyre under the Hardcore/Alternative/Rock genre ... but they're REALLY heavy.
Theyve got some melodic parts too. I like it. It's like a taste of both worlds...
YOU SHOULD ALL DOWNLOAD "rose of sharyn" ... its good stuff

Hahaha :hehe:
I love the way you emphasized on the "might"...
Give it a whirl Nabhan, you might like it actually.
And if it's too much for you, try listening to "alexisonfire" and download "accidents" by them. It's a good song but it's more emo with a lil hardcore.
