I've heard that if a mother breast feeds (for example) her own son and her sister's daugther, then Islamically they become real brothers and sisters and can never get married with each other.

Is this true or is it twisted?

True for any case, so basically if two babies were into such situation by the same female. Though there are certain criteria that makes this bond comfirmed or not. As in how many times ..etc. It differs from mathab to another. Some are simply from a one time. Another from 5 times (I think) with fullness (as in the baby has had enough in that time and doesnt need more)

Ok this may sound wild but I have a q.s.. What if her husband has his wife's breast milk am not saying it has to b directly from the breast but like the mother puts some in the cup? LOL it sounds stupid but is it 7aram?

As far as I'm concerned, no it is not haraam, and the husband does not become his wife's son.
