1) Don't think so! Too many non-virgins getting married to virgins nowadays, otherwise their marriages would be batel!
2) Depends on mathhab. Sunni mathhab say they CAN get married, in fact better, so that they no longer dwell in what's haram. Ibadhi mathhab say NO, and if they do, their marriage is batel.

Hmm can't say.

Yes, there is a very big difference when it comes to this issue. We can wait for the Ibadhi Sheikh Icey and the Sunni Sheikh Raed to come along and give their views!

1. A non-virgin is not acceptable in Islam. So this question has no place in Islamic world.
2. They can marry to escape further sin and to escape from Islamic punishments.
:D :(

People repent...So I believe there is another chance but let's hear from what others say about this!
2. They can marry to escape further sin and to escape from Islamic punishments.
I don't think this is right. Whether it is ok to get married or not, i believe they should be punished for comitting a sin unless they repent.

But in modern world no literate person will take the punishment easily. And in moderate Muslim state, if you go to court, you will surely escape the punishment.
Take it easy dear.
Now religion and modern rules are contradicting. And often modern laws are superseding Religious and moral laws.

Salam,
According to Islam:
"قال تعالى:" الزاني لا ينكح الا زانية أو مشركة، والزانية لا ينكحها الا زان أو مشرك، وحرم ذلك على المؤمنين
صدق الله العظيم
But it's true that nowadays many non virgins marry virgins.
Sunnah math'hab said thoe who commit adultry can get married in a condition that they both have to repent & promise not to do it ever again.
With Abadhi, they said No & stated that verse as proof, plus there is an incident during Omar Bin Al'76ab. I can remember it exactly so I wont state it unless I'm sure of it.
Peace out...

Ok ... Lets say a non virgin man wants to marry a virgin female & before gettingm arried he told her that he slept with someone long time ago even b4 they getting hooked up...
now according to what i was told is that...if a man conffessed to his future wife about it then they arent allowed to get married coz its shirk..-BUT- if he married her without her knowing anything about it then it A-OK..now is that true or not...??!!

Her XLNC, yes what you said is right according to the Ibadhi mathahab as I know. If either, the wife or the husband confessed that they had sex with a person before getting married then its haram for them to get married and if they were already married thier marraige is broken. Its related to having "sakina wa rahma" between the wife and the husband and if they knew that thier husband/wife was with somoene before thier life might not be relaxed.
wallahu aaalam .. but this is what I know ..

So if a non virgin girl wont marry the guy who took her virginity, who do we expect her to marry as it says:
Non-virgin shudnt marry virgin and vice versa.
I just dont get it. I'm still confused wallah.
What if they got married and vow they wont do it again out their marriage. OR they wont do it again and go and marry someone else. Isnt that fair to the sinners?

if she knows that this problem will happen she shouldnt have commited the sin .. but let say she repented, she is not allowed to marry the guy who she lost her virginity with, and at the same time not tell anyone who wants to marry her that she lost her virginity.

Punishment is there to stop people committing crime.
Picture this...
A man gets in touch with a woman.
They talked then they fell in love.
They did not get married, but instead they committed zina.
If you are lenient in this case then most of the bf/gf relationships will have sort of a sexual relationship because the issue could easily be fixed. Have sex with her and if she gets pregnant or when you decide to get married then so be it. Else throw her away and look for a new bate. Don't waste your time in 'Ohh I love this girl, but I can't do anything so I've got to marry her ASAP.'
If a person killed 100 people, but then repented.. Why should he be killed?
To answe your question: So if a non virgin girl wont marry the guy who took her virginity, who do we expect her to marry?
She made a sin and that is her punishment in life. She knows she is doing a sin so obviusly she is challenging Allah. She knows the male may get away with it so she should use her head before using other parts of her body. If you break a rule then you should face the consequence or else be a lovely girl and marry the person you love.
