This is funny and quiet hard, to me it depends really when i get to know a person well but In general I think they want:

1: Pretty (BEautiful) and you know arabs standard of prettyness
2: beautiful
3: Opinionated

A woman(and not every woman) wants a guy that is:
1. Good looking
2. Loaded(rich)
3. Funny

- well eduacated
-rich
-good personality

2- appearance
3- outer - shell

this is not what they look for, but the 1st thing they notice

I think women want:

1. Good job (which means he is educated also)
2. Caring (which means he is from a good family, good personality and know Allah also)
