Assalam-o-alekum

A question was revolving in my mind since couple of days. I asked to my self several time but could not get satisfactory answer so I thought to share here with you. Now this is in front of you. Hope you would like to resolve this confusion. :)

I was surprised and confused to think that why do people lie?

In our daily lives every body advice to speak truth but they do not act as per their act :)

When we look different stages or classes of life, from student life to official life, residential or family environment to big social gatherings everybody is telling white lie with full energy of confidence. As a result they are getting appreciation, encouragement and great achievements of life everywhere in this world.

Truth speakers are always in trouble but speaking power of white lie has been considering an art. As per my observation if I don’t have capability to absorb lie of liars it means I should have to prepare myself to live alone as a disqualified member of social life.

What, do you people think about this matter? Either I am right or my observation and analysis has deficiency to judge the environmental and social standards?

Lies are easy escapes from what should be said...there is no person in this world who has not lied (what ppl call white lies even though i think lies are lies not matter what)

Why do they do it?? its a weakness or they are simple dont want to hurt peoples feelings or they are devious creatures what cannot be trusted.

Why do some people rob when they know it is wrong? Why do some have sex when they know it is wrong before marriage? Why do some kill other innocents when they know it is wrong? Etc. Some might answer you with a simple answer; Humans are not perfect. Lame answer in my opinion.

If obeying God (by doing the good things) was something easy, then why did God put us through a trial in the 1st place? (Living on earth is a trial for us). God told Adam and Eve to enjoy paradise and anything they want, but only one thing, not to eat from the tree he told them about. But why did disobey him? Maybe curiousty killed a cat?

Some also, get used to lieing that they live believing their lies.

I can understand when people tell me little no hurting lies. I don't mind those lies.

But some ppl tell big lies like for example..... my father had a heart attack!! or my duaghter died!... just to get sympathy when in real life they didn't? what goes through that person's mind, don't they get scared that it might come true? all I know is that just using the word heart attack in the same sentence with my family members scares me.

Some people lie for lie, they are liars.
Some people sometimes lie?s for some others well being.
Some people some times lie to escape / hide from one mistake to another.

i can accpet the so called white lies ! to protect someone’s feelings !

some ppl lie to get out of trouble , some to look good , gain somethin' , but if u continue lyin' n' u get away with it everytime it'll get worse .

i think politician are big time liars , they always lie to get what they want i.e elected !

by lyin u lose ppl;s trust coz they'll never believe u no matter how true what ur sayin' .

one more thin' is that YOU HAVE TO REMEMBER ALL WHAT YOU SAY WHEN UR LYIN' !

i lie to get myself out of a reallllyyyy bad situation!!! or to protect someone else as navigator said

well its really hard when someone do anything that he/she really deep inside no its wrong and not allow ,,,,

but as Amo said ,, its the life ,,, ,am trying my best hard not to lie in any way ,,, its really hard for me to lie ,,, but sometimes really need to lie specialy for close ppls that i dona wana hurt them ,,, but as soon as i find the right time i tell them the truth ,,, cant live with it ,,, but for others ,, dona try to lie at all ,,, thats why i dona have lots of friends around ,, dona like my way in life ,,,,

by the way ,, lie is lie,,, there are no colores ,,,,
