Some body promissed that he's going to post some of photoshop tutorials, but he didn't?!!
I know that such thread will nedd a huge effort & most of us has study which takes most our time..
So I decided to open this thread for any one has a background on working with this software to benifit all the members...
I know u might say there r many Web sites that give such tutorials, but I'll say having it in ES will be great especially in our members style of explaining ;)

So members you are free to post here for the others & I'll join later cauz I'm still a beginner :p

You better ask for a trick or a procedure which u face tough. SO people can answer you. Publishing a whole tutorial here online is a huge job and i guess it will not help you guys a lot, better you sit on your computer open PHOTOSHOP have a good book on Photoshop, try practicing. And if u get stuck POST HERE.

There are many Experts here as Nabhan and more.

:bored: I know that u r smart, but I've asked about HOW?! Not the result, plus I know how to play with images & add effect & text on them, but with different software which is "Jasc".....

So I'm asking how to creat some thing from the scratch, not adding effects to an image :angel:

Salam ya 7ilwa, I opened a thread that is kind of similar to this in Arts Sabla. My thread teaches you how to make your own avatar using Photoshop.. so maybe that is what you were looking for...

And someone was suppose to show us in that thread how to use the font and make different shapes and other things but I guess he is too busy or forgot (Hint Nabs) ;)

Actually the links i posted in the visual arts sabla are very very helpful and I myself have learned alot from them. they are excellent for those who want to learn new tricks in photoshop and they also help in fiding out the different options available in photoshop.

Follow a few tutorials there and u will surely find urself learning alot.

however.. if u have a certain question about photoshop then i am here to help inshallah. :)

NaBHaN the link is very helpful for me & you cauz we got background about such things, but some members who has no idea aabout such software @ all need some easy guidelines before learning by them selves... ( Read what Rosy wrote in the previous post)
Plus I've opned such thread in this sabla to activate it & remove the barriers that stop the rest of members to post here which is the lack of experiance..

I'll start with the easiest task for me :D

1. When u open your photoshop go to file => New then a box will open:

Choose the name for the file & the weidth & the height either by cm or pixels..
Choose the mode u want & the content= background ;)

Ok

& now u can start to do what ever u want :gap:
