I've seen quite a few of these around...
Where the father or the head of the family lead an extremely poor life and struggled hard in life to get where he is today.
Struggled to provide shelter for the family, and went up in life, with his brains and attitude... Until he set up his own company and made quite a bit of money for himself.. Now he is a rich man, living happily in life.. and so do the rest of his family.
Now he has stabilized the well being of the WHOLE family.. his kids will be sent to university, where it doesn't matter wether they will do well or not, because they can come back only to work in daddies company, where they are guarenteed a job, with good pay, where they can't get fired.
And so the children live a rich life, and when THEY get married, so will their kids and the rest of the generations to come.
All because of the one man who set up his own business and made a success for himself, the whole family is stable, wether they are stupid or not.

Now don't u think the children themselves should be left to make a living for themselves and live their lives independantly? At least work in another company to prove themselves?

i kinda agree with you, my father is in to business, non of my brothers are working for him , all are independent in different fields, however, they know all about it yet, they dont depend on it as their own living.

I think its wise to do so ..

Not all fingers are alike: my father doesn't have a big company but fought hard to build our small business and there was a time when i was stuck at uni cause of bad results so he clearly told me that it was time for me to decide whether being serious or not. Thanks God i did it.
My pay follows normal criteria and yes til now never been fired though i made some mistakes in managment in the beginning but his reaction was not fair and happy. Will never forget cold :Shock: ing meetings in the study of our accountant.

Sure, if you are lucky to live in a country which can give you the chance to chose. In italy for graduated in pharmacy there's not much so i thank billion timesthe one man who set up his own business and made a success for himself, the whole family is stable, wether they are stupid or not.

Yup .. totally agree with you .. I think its important to teach kids independence ... money is not gurnteed .. anything could happen and you lose it .. so you better prepare your kids for that, scince they are young!

yes which is why i pity the idiots that work for their fathers blindly, and out of stupidity because they are too stupid to get jobs in other places... as a means of wasta i guess...

There's nothing wrong with working under a parent, if u hold ur ground and are independent of ur work. But what pisses me off are the people that leech off their parents money and reputation, just because they can.
