1. Should you copy the fatwa from a site we request you put the source of the fatwa & webpage.
2. If it is a fatwa you 'heard' then please state the scholar's name.
3. If you do not recall from whom you have heard it from we request you make it clear in your post that it is merely something you 'heard' and not concrete evidence of an answer to a member's post containing a question.
4. Most importantly we strongly advise ALL MEMBERS to include a Quranic verse or a Hadith from the Prophet with their post as source of their answer.
As muslims we all bare the responsibility of giving da3wa to one another; and that of making sure what we say is islamically correct. As a family we are here to help one another. Yet as humans we make mistakes; so for readers of a fatwa we encourage you to go further into any members answer to a question on board and make sure it is correct before you follow it & believe in it.
