"If a man Invites his wife to sleep with him and she refuses to come to him, then the angels send their curses on her till morning."

and

"I looked at Paradise and saw that the majority of its residents were the poor; and I looked at the (Hell) Fire and saw that the majority of its residents were women."

and

"After me I have not left any affliction more harmful to men than women."

I really doubt you don't know who said all that.

Question is; what's your point?

yes he said it peace be upon him but:

"Evil omen is in the women, the house and the horse"

That I have never heard or if it is said by him peace be upon him. Then many of the hadeiths, sayings, you are bringing up are mixed and taking out of context with disregard to why and when it was said. For instance I could easily ask you the following:

If anyone comes to me and does not HATE his father and mother, wife and children, brothers and sisters, yes, and his own life also, he cannot be my disciple"

now who said that ?

hint: its in red and you can find it in King's James Version.

Is it fair though ? Am I saying the whole truth? Or am I just playing with words, cutting, and pasting?

I leave that to the crowd to answer.

I don't see any point of this thread.

What is the point?
There should be a reason "mr pinnochio" to push such a subject into a thread. If there is no reason, then you are probably trying to annoy women or raise their frustration against Islam, and this is not what we are doing here.

We need people to get closer not to run away.

Knowing the history of mr p, I dont think that what he wants ;)

Well I agree, I will give you today to clarify what is this thread about .. if you didnt, then it would be locked !

They were ALL said by Mohammed - according to Sahih Bukhari

I posted them here as, on the face of it, they are pretty extraordinary things to say. I was hoping to get the context

eg "A matron should not be given in marriage except after consulting her; and a virgin should not be given in marriage except after her permission." The people asked, "O Allah's Apostle! How can we know her permission?" He said, "Her silence (indicates her permission)."

All I am looking for is the context:

E.G.

"The Hour will not be established until the son of Mary (i.e. Jesus) descends amongst you as a just ruler, he will break the cross, kill the pigs, and abolish the Jizya tax. Money will be in abundance so that nobody will accept it (as charitable gifts)".
