I have some music downloaded in my PC the formating of the music is RAM ..How can i convert the format so i can burn it on a CD???

I downloaded the music from a web page and when i save the music (you know, you go to save as target) the type of file that i am saving in is RealOne Player Presentation......so what can i do to covert it?

You will need to download streambox ripper. It converts real media files to Mp3s.

I was only able to find a 'trial' version. u'll have to look for the crack urself. good luck. :)

For those who are still interested, real player version 10 does the job for you.
It writes the songs directly on CD's witha format that can be played on your normal CD player.

The streambox ripper works for the windows only.. do u have any idea if there is a programme like this works for the mac ? i downloaded although i knew it won't work just incase to give it a try..soooo ?

Ok Everyone keeps on saying that RealPlayer 10 does it. I've tried a dozen times and it doesn't work.

I download the songs from 6arab.com and they're .ram format, and when I open realplayer and go to View >> Burn/Transfer and add the files it says the format is not supported and I can't burn it.

Help?!?!

there is a nice programme named streambox ripper, its the best i've ever tried, you can convert almost any sound format to any other sound format, and vice versa..

I've beem converting RAMs since Cd Writers first showed up ... and I have use a few converting tools . But , none of them worked as great as the arab programmed software here

The data from that site is protected, it cannot be burned into CD...! AND when i used this program to convert that file...! even this program said : This file is not supported

Thanks Ti3gib, But I will not do it anymore...! because the songs that I downloaded from the net which took me 4days! I only did it for my Chick (the one who dumped me) So since she has dumped me there is no point in recording all these songs! sorry that I had to drag you into this!

.ram isnt usually convertable.

do u have to be online to listen to them?

if yes, then you cant convert it, as the website doesnt allow converting (due to copyright or so)

if you dont have to be online to listen to them (i.e, u can listen to them even if u r not connected to the internet)
then tell me and i will try explain it step by step :)

lol, i know its saved, but first, tell me, go offline, and try listening to it, see if it works or not,, or look at the size of the song and tell me, then i will tell you, it depends :)
