Well the answer to your question depends heavily on the reason she got pregnant. Its either one of two:

1. Result of Rape.

I don't think that a muslim woman would be punished if she had an abortion after being raped. Because it would be a constant reminder for her to what happend; she would end up hating this fetus. She has already suffered enough from a horrible crime; its understandable she would not want the baby.

Either way she choses would be fine. But I suppose that bringing up the baby to be a muslim would carry the greater reward from Allah SWT.

2. Result of adultery.

In this case, her partner had her consent in impregnanting her. Therefore it is her own fault..... and she has no excuse to kill the fetus. Shame? She brought that upon herself when she agreed to have intercourse with the man.

Killing the baby would be murder; and I personally think that her punishment would be even worse. She would be committing two of the greatest sins: adultery PLUS murder.

i do agree with what u mentioned there.


but personally i think what ever the reason that caused her to be pregnanat, she shouldnt go through miscarriage .............

cause i think it is killing a human been without even being born....... and this is where i agree with u that i think it might have higher level of punishment than giving birth to the baby.


i think it would be better if she give birth to the baby, then she will have 2 choices, either to keep the baby and try to love the baby and rise him/her to be a good muslim for her to get more credits from Allah[swt]

or

give away her child to the one who is in need of a child in other word to be adopted........................

The miscourge is allowed i think But it should be before the forth mounth of pregnency, As we all know that the soul comes to the baby on the forth mounth.

but before that i dont think its considred as killing cos how do you kill somone who hasnt got soul yet....
