ok, am supposed to have vegtables (not fried) ...
am facing difficulties in knowing what to eat .. I mean I can add meat/chicken but it has to be cooked without oil ..
so guys & girls .. do you have any receipes??

That makes the two of us. But I wasnt told not to have fried ones.
Honestly, I am not very fond of vegetables. But I must have it.
I dont know which ones are good too.
I will wait as well and see the responses as well.

Why are you supposed to eat only vegetables and who told you to eat only those, AP and Selma?
What's wrong in enjoying a yummy chicken/beef meal now-a-days? :sorry:

I am advised to eat lot and lots of vegetables for health purpose.
And fish as well. But mostly vegetables, which i still have neglected them.

lets say its the perfect diet for me ...:weep: plus, I can have meat (I cant live without meat anyway) but it has to be either BBQ or boiled or in oven ..
So, the easiest to make is veggies ..
So I dont mind the receipies to have meat in them .. but again not fried

coz apparantly my body is allergic to lemon .. or its not within the food I have to eat ..

from the sounds of that.. u probably love chinese food.
and btw.. potato's are fattening.. so what kind of diet is this :os

And BBQ chicken? I'd love to be on diet ... lol
Here is a recipe for you AP hope you'll like it..
Ingrediants
5 large potatoes, peeled
3 green onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons butter (you can reduce it if you want)
dried persly, salt and ground black pepper to taste (u can also add red chilli powder if you like it hot)
Directions:
1. Cut the potatoes in to cubes. Then boil it till 3/4 done
2. Place it on a large piece of foil. Top with green onions. On top add the butter, and season with persley, salt and pepper (make sure that the seasonings are in all the potatoes). Tightly seal foil around the potatoes.
3. Place it in a pyrex then to the oven at 350 F which is mmm 160 C for around half an hr or till done.
and thats it :) hope you'll enjoy it!
Note : when u open it keep ur face away from it coz all the Hot steam will come out.
Ingrediants
1 can of baked beans, undrained .. OR if u dont like beans u can replace it with boiled seasoned chicken breast and cut it in to long stips.
1/2 teaspoons ground cumin
3/4 cup sliced green onions
1/2 green chilli (big one)
chopped cilantro leaves
4 flour tortillas, warmed (u can get it alfair)
3/4 cup shredded Monterey Jack cheese
shredded iceberg lettuce
slices tomatoes
Directions
1- In a large saucepan, heat the beans, and cumin over medium heat, stirring occasionally, until simmering. Stir in the green chilli, green onions and chopped cilantro; continue to simmer 2 minutes. (taste u can add salt black paper as you like)
2- To assemble, spoon bean mixture on center of each tortilla. Top with equal amounts of the cheese, tomatoes and lettuce. Fold bottom edge up over filling. Fold right and left sides to center, overlapping edges.
then Enjooooooy!
