Has anyone tried Splinter Cell of Ubisoft?
Part II is now out and seems like its hitting the market aggressively

Another replica of MGS actually, but with some advanced movements and tactics. Who loves MGS will surely love this game!

Though I wonder, what differences it would be from Gear Metal Solid. :confused:

I my self found it much more interesting than the famous MGS.
You get more tactical moves. A more real-time approach of the way you are supposed to accomplish your missions.

Am done with it :)

hey

i tried this game and i took 3 hours just testing it .
the game is short but nice graphics and cool weapons.
at the ps2 controller its a little bit hard but am made 4 it.

I got part 1 from one of my friends.. Well.. I didn't like it much to tell you the truth..

It is kinda similar to MGS, but there is a difference..
The difference is that you can't feel the player that he is real.. Its like he's a robot that doesn't move unless you press something..

For example, you can't see him breathing.. OR, you feel like your repeating the same thing over and over..

And graphics in MGS are better..

I'm not saying the game is bad, its really good, but nothing is compared to MGS :D

About the secondpart.. I hope that the player would MOVE as a normal REAL person.. Which isn't available in the first part..

You get the very feeling of the character being alive when you use your sniper.
You can only accurately aim for about 5 seconds. Which is the time you can stop breathing.

I hate playing such games on game consules. I prefer using my PC keyboard and mouse for that.

I'd agree here that he seems a bit freezed when there is nothing going on around.

The effects you get from the surroundings however, is just great.
