Just got a hold of this game PC... Anyone played it already? Got any comments, tips or advise..

Didnt install yet... but it seems quite good. Been told you play it as a movie. And its most likely as the movie.

why dont u install it , play it a bit, and let us know what u think of it. ;)

I've never heard of such a discription of a game as "one that you play like a movie" before. And this is not a really nice thing to hear. A game is a game and a movie is a movie, almost all of the Movie to game conversions SUCKED big time because the only reason of why these were made was to suck as much money as possible from the movie freaks. I can already bet that a LotR PC game is going to be a disgrace to the history of PC gaming.

i partly agree with u. i always hated games that were based on movies. i mean.. we've seen the movie , whe know what the story is like , so why make a game or even bother to play something when u know what is going to happen actually.

i like games with totaly new ideas.

I played the game on Xbox .. not all that! And it moves pretty much along the lines of the movie.

Let me know when you get pass that huge monster! :sweat:

I got a chance to play some of it last weekend. It was quite fun actually! Better then I expected.

And as shinoda said ...it goes along as the movie storyline. Though of course the Game storyline adds alot of different things. Which makes the actual gaming.

I find the game interesting. Knowing the characters, knowing the story itself... but the good thing about playing it ...is that you feel you are being a part of it ...not just watching the movie. But one of the characters who has a role in making it happen.

If you are a LOTR fan... I think its worth a shot. :)
