If u r saving too many programs, files, images..etc in your PC & use copy, past & cut alot, which make your pc very slow there is a way to increase it's speed by an operation called " Defragmenter Disk ".

1. Click "start" then "programs.
2. choose "Accessories" then "system tools" .
3. From the list choose " Disk Defragmenter" .
4. Then choose what do u want to orgnize from your PC & click "Defragment".
5. The disk Defragmenter orgnizes your files, & collect your file parts into one entity, which give u extra space & increase your computer speed.

BR, it is mostly OmanTel's hopeless connection, there is almost nothing you can do about it.

Most probably because you are running other programmes while you are defragmenting your computer.

AP: Did you do a Clean disk? The defrag doesnt run properly when there is no much space in the Harddisk or if there is alot of temp files.

So running clean disk, might help. (its avaliable in the same place as Disk defragmenter)

1) Make sure you have at least 15% of that disk space that you are defraging as free.

2) Make sure you close all programs, disable anti-viruses, and turn off screen savers.

3) Start defragging, go have coffee or cook, etc etcm come back after 15 minutes ... check status ... etc.
